Favourites of September

Now that it is the wonderful month of October, it is a perfect time to write about my 4 favourite beauty products last month. 

1. Katy Perry Royal Revolution Fragrance

Katy Perry's perfumes keep getting better and with each new release, I get a new favourite. This perfume is floral and sweet but not overpowering. There is a subtle scent of vanilla and sandlewood which nicely balances out the fruity uper notes of red pomegranate and pink freesia. This fragrance is perfect perfume for those who like a sweeter smell without smelling like you have drowned in a bath of flowers. Besides, who doesn't want to smell like the one and only Katy Perry?

2. Estee` Lauder Sumptuous Bold Mascara 

Yes, this mascara is quite pricey (around $50 in Australian Myers) but I love it. It seperates your lashes and volumises them without the clumps that make your eyes look oh so tacky. I love to use this with my eyelash curler to create natural looking lashes. If you can afford a more expensive mascara, then this is definately one to consider.

3. Eyelash Curler

This is my must have beauty tool in the world. The first time using one is very awkward and uncomfortable, but after a couple of practices, you will be amazed of the difference it makes to your eyelashes. Try to curl your lashes fairly close to their base and only they need to be held between the plates for approximately 5 seconds. I will use this no matter how little time I have in the morning because it perfectly curls my lashes. This definately needs to be added to your beauty wish-list.

4. e.l.f Maximum Coverage Concealer

Now this one is for those who are on a budget. This concealer is sold at Kmart for only $3 and it is like erasers, you will lose it before using it all. This concealer has an easy squeeze top which is great because you can easily control how much you need and won't waste any product. It is creamy in texture which blends nicely on your face without looking cakey. I usually do two coats of this concealer and it lasts most of the day.
